Welcome to MasterbAIt. By accessing or using our service at masterbait.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MasterbAIt, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

MasterbAIt is an AI-powered entertainment and conversation game. Users interact with AI-generated characters in simulated social scenarios. The service is designed for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use MasterbAIt. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the AI systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service
• Harass, abuse, or send threatening content through the platform
• Share or distribute content generated by the service that violates any law
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or payment systems

6. Subscriptions & Credits

• Free Tier: Limited to 30 messages per day with access to starter characters
• Pro Plan: Extended message limits and additional character access
• Master Plan: Unlimited messages and full roster access

Purchases are processed via Stripe. All credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content

Disclaimer: All character responses, images, and scores are generated by artificial intelligence. They do not represent real people, real advice, or real relationships.

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected
• MasterbAIt does not provide real dating, relationship, or psychological advice
• AI-generated images are for entertainment within the game context only
• You may not use AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, or mislead others

8. Intellectual Property

All character designs, storylines, game mechanics, branding, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of MasterbAIt. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MasterbAIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any real-world outcomes resulting from skills or confidence gained through the game
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Content generated by AI systems that may be offensive or inaccurate
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
